Please read these terms carefully before using the BachatPay ecosystem. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these legal frameworks.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BachatPay application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Note: If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the services immediately and uninstall the application.

2. User Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

Residency

Services are currently available only to residents of India with a valid PAN and Aadhaar card.

3. Wallet & Financial Activity

    KYC Compliance: Users must complete the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process as per RBI guidelines.

    Transaction Limits: Daily and monthly transaction limits are subject to your account verification level.

4. Service Fees & Charges

Limitation of Liability

BachatPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
